Exchange & Refund Policies Orders Most orders will be shipped with 24 hours of the order being received unless it's during the weekend or on a holiday. You should receive your order within 2-7 days. If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you promptly. Once your order has been shipped we will notify you by email with the date your order was mailed out along with the tracking number. Regular Priced Merchandise If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in it's original condition, along with it's original receipt within 30 days of purchase date. Please call 732-225-5353 or email info@absolutegreen.biz to receive an authorization number before sending the merchandise back. Upon completion of this process, a refund will be offered in the original method of payment. Clearance Merchandise No exchanges/refunds will be given on clearance merchandise. Custom made orders No exchanges/refunds will be given for custom made orders. This includes paint and private label items. After 30 days of purchase date or without a sales receipt,exchanges/returns will not be permitted. Absolute Green reserves the right to research for the original purchase, and to limit or decline exchanges/refunds. Notice:Shipping & handling charges/fees are not refundable
